One Of My Partner’s Prophetic Dreams

I want to share this dream, it struck me as a powerful picture, not because of the plane having difficulties (planes in dreams are a symbol of ministry typically) but because it landed in a school. I believe we are so deeply in need of equipping and training. We go to church for the most part getting messages but not really being equipped. I think the church is headed for a crash if they don’t get this and so I see online schools and classes that can be done at home or even showing up for a class on Saturday or in the evening to help supplement the need for equipping. If we don’t I think we won’t be able to navigate what is coming!

Here it is….

So a few weeks ago I woke up with June 17 on my mind was not sure what was up with this day so I ask God to show me what was this about .This morning I had dream in the dream I could see It was a big jetliner flying with people on board all of a sudden it lost power and was going down to the ground but it did not crash like they normally do it landed hard most of it intact. It seem like it hit the ground near a school in a field not sure but most of people able to get off plane.later I sense that God had intervened in this and had soften the crash. I also felt that people would be saying that this was a miracle.

If the Lord is speaking please be bold – post it on your social networks – share with family, friends, the church – we need the gift of prophecy activated and the Lord given a platform to share what He is speaking – Be Bold and Be Encouraged!

Praying Psalm 72 For Our Government

Psalm 72 is what David prayed for his son Solomon when he was to take office. This governmental prayer can be applied to anyone taking a position of authority in governing the land.

  1. A.     Pray for God’s will be made know in every decision. God can speak and make known His will to unbelievers, rebellions, corrupt leaders just as well as those who have honesty and integrity. Judging is discernment and the ability to render a decision. Pray for the Holy Spirit to come upon them and “control” all his actions!

GIVE THE king  [knowledge of] Your [way of] judging, O God, and [the spirit of] Your righteousness to the king’s son [to control all his actions]. (Psalm 72:1)

  1. B.     Pray that the decisions are made in a way that is in right standing with God. The information that comes to the government needs to be right and true so that decisions are made that honor God and His plan for the city, state or nation. Let the poor and afflicted be ministered to by making decisions that bless them and deliver them and rescue them. Let it not be just a system they need but create and implement a plan that sustains them.

Let him judge and govern Your people with righteousness, and Your poor and afflicted ones with judgment and justice. (Psalm 72:2)

  1. C.     Declare the land, the highways and byways, the neighborhoods, downtown, inner-city, rural and outlying lands of our city, state or nation are filled with people who are at peace with one another. That peace eradicates violence, racism and destruction. The peace of God that passes understanding fills the entire region with righteousness – right way of living – established and prospering.

The mountains shall bring peace to the people, and the hills, through [the general establishment of] righteousness. (Psalm 72:3)

  1. D.    Pray that the poor and needy, the helpless and those without a voice are defended and find justice in every decision, every law, every ordinance, every constitution, ever legal decision. Let every person in need find supply and be restored to what God intended. Declare that this government will crush the oppressor – that NO oppression can reside in this land or on this people. There will be liberty for every captive and freedom for all who are bound!

Pray for legislatures, judges, attorneys, court systems that will rule righteously and with integrity. Pray for laws that support and protect the children, the family and all authority in the land will stand against whatever is evil and wicked.

May he judge and defend the poor of the people, deliver the children of the needy, and crush the oppressor, (Psalm 72:4)

  1. E.     Pray that our government honors the Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit. Pray they acknowledge You as the One who blesses our nation, who keeps our land and who protects the people. Declare they will acknowledge God as creator and the giver of Life.

So that they may revere and fear You while the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations. (Psalm 72:5)

  1. F.     Declare that this current government will exceed and do greater exploits than all proceeding governments. They will break through every barrier, everything that hinders and obstructs God’s will. Declare that the city will be a place of refreshing, a habitation of peace and refuge. Declare that the land will have rain in its season and the agriculture will prosper. Declare abundance for the water and all systems of utilities will prosper.

Declare the city will be a bless throughout all generations that what is done in this season will have not only eternal value but every year it will prosper and bless each generation.

May he [Solomon as a type of King David's greater Son] be like rain that comes down upon the mown grass, like showers that water the earth. (Psalm 72:6)

  1. G.    Declare those who govern righteously shall prosper and flourish. Declare they will recognize and respond to the blessing that comes with righteous leadership. Declare they will be filled with peace and all demonic assignments against them be broken, ineffective and destroyed. Declare the people will live in safety all their days in your city, state and nation.

For this purpose was the Son of God manifested to destroy the work of Satan (1 John 3:8)

In His [Christ's] days shall the [uncompromisingly] righteous flourish and peace abound till there is a moon no longer. (Psalm 72:7)

  1. H.    Declare Jesus is Lord over your home, neighborhood, city, state, and nation. Declare God’s authority will have dominion, will rule in and through the government, the education, the marketplace, businesses, science and technology, medical, church, family removing evil and establishing God’s Kingdom.

He [Christ] shall have dominion also from sea to sea and from the River [Euphrates] to the ends of the earth. (Psalm 72:8)

  1. I.        Declare over those who refuse to obey authority they will find they have no strength, they will come under the power of the Holy Spirit and they will turn themselves in, criminals will come under supernatural conviction, uncovering of every crime and violation, the rebellious will find no place to hide in our city, state or nation. They will submit to all authority.

Those who dwell in the wilderness shall bow before Him and His enemies shall lick the dust. (Psalm 72:9)

  1. J.       Declare that Kings, Rulers, Ambassadors, Owners of Industries, Companies, Distributors of riches and wealth will come into our city, our state and our nation. The blessings of the Lord will make our city state and nation rich and wealthy. Declare we will have an overflow and become a supplier of wealth to all cities, states and nations around us – we will be the storehouse for God.

The kings of Tarshish and of the coasts shall bring offerings; the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts. (Psalm 72:10)

  1. K.     Declare our government will rule other governments with strategies, wisdom, leadership, servant leadership and nations will come to serve our city, our state and our nation. Declare we will have favor and provide shelter and refuge for other lands.

Yes, all kings shall fall down before Him, all nations shall serve Him. (Psalm 72:11)

  1. L.      Declare that the needy, those without will find help in our city, they will find jobs, homes, partners, prosperity, provision, abundance. Our government will be instrumental in eradicating poverty and those who had little will find more than enough to be a conduit of blessing to other cities, states, and nations.

For He delivers the needy when he calls out, the poor also and him who has no helper. (Psalm 72:12)

  1. M.    Declare we will change the mindset of the poor, weak and needy by the testimony and experience of those being saved, delivered and set a liberty. All the bound will be set free, all the sick will be healed, all the broken will be restored. The salvation will be sodzo, nothing missing and nothing broken. We declare our city shall be saved and serve the Lord Jesus from now until eternity. There will be no lack or want in our city, state and nation.

He will have pity on the poor and weak and needy and will save the lives of the needy. (Psalm 72:13)

  1. N.     Declare the power of redemption, the power to save, deliver heal and make whole from oppression, from fraud, from violence, there shall be no bloodshed and there shall be no loss of life from murder, violence or destruction. Declare a divine canopy of God’s protection and Love as a banner over the city, state and nation. Declare the preservation of all of God’s creation for His Glory to be known and experienced in our city, state and nation.

Pray that the same value the Father has for the people in the city will fill the heart and mind of our government and put a guard on their temptation to profit from the people it will prevent greed and lust from abusing the people and they will honor and respect those whom they serve

He will redeem their lives from oppression and fraud and violence, and precious and costly shall their blood be in His sight. (Psalm 72:14)

And He shall live; and to Him shall be given gold of Sheba; prayer also shall be made for Him and through Him continually, and they shall bless and praise Him all the day long. (Psalm 72:15)

  1. O.    Declare the abundance of harvest in agriculture, in productivity, in industry, in the land itself, the soil, the fruit of the land shall flourish, the grass shall flourish and the people will be fruitful and multiply. All our resources shall multiply and be plentiful, we will have abundance to feed many nations. The blessing of the Lord is on our city and all the waste places will be bountiful and the barren shall bear forth and the dry shall be watered and the weary shall be strenghtened

There shall be abundance of grain in the soil upon the top of the mountains [the least fruitful places in the land]; the fruit of it shall wave like [the forests of] Lebanon, and [the inhabitants of] the city shall flourish like grass of the earth. (Psalm 72:16)

  1. P.     Pray that everything the government says and does gives Jesus Glory and the Father receives glory. Pray that Jesus receives His inheritance, the reward of His sufferings. Declare our government will say and do things that call the Lord Blessed. Declare our government will Bless the Lord at all times and His praise shall be continually upon their lips. Declare every day when the sun comes up our government will be reminded that this is the day the Lord hath made and they can rejoice in it.

His name shall endure forever; His name shall continue as long as the sun [indeed, His name continues before the sun]. And men shall be blessed and bless themselves by Him; all nations shall call Him blessed! (Psalm 72:17)

  1. Q.     Pray for our government to have a close ongoing relationship with Israel.  That their heart would be as the Father’s heart toward Israel. Pray they will love Israel and support her and protect her. Pray they will reject anti-Semitism and reject any and all legislation that would not stand with Israel and protect her.

The prayers of David son of Jesse are ended. (Psalm 72:20)

The Church is Impotent to End Abortion

One of the greatest crimes and Holocaust of our day is Abortion. I know of many tremendous powerful ministries that have brought this to the heart and mind of every believer. God has given this commission to the church. We are to bring Abortion to an end. We will give account on judgment day how we handled this assignment. No one is without excuse, we have heard the word of the Lord and we will be accountable for what we have heard and what the Lord has told us.

In light of this, we still are impotent, unable to end this crime. We have had great advancements and great fall backs. Why are we unable to end the murder of a generation. I am sure there are many theories but I am compelled to share what the Lord has spoken to me. This word parallels the word of the Lord regarding Human Trafficking. You can read it here: Human Trafficking in the Church

Abortion is in the church. In the natural and in the spirit. (1 Corinthians 12 & 15) Everything in the earth has a corresponding truth in the spirit. First in the spirit and then in the natural. What I mean is that sin in the church eventually manifests in the world. Adam and Eve sinned and then all humanity was born into sin. When the church sins it effects our society. We can try all we want to “fix” society but we are impotent, without power to manifest or impart something we do not have in the spirit. We can not impart what we do not manifest or have fruit to give.

You can believe all day long you are a “car”, put yourself in a garage and confess it night and day but you will never be a “car”. This is a bit extreme… but our faith is like that; we put our faith in what we pray and what we say and we are never “doing” the very thing we are “confessing”. This is the mystery of iniquity!

For the mystery of iniquity doth already work…..(2 Thessalonians 2:7)

The power to produce and transform has to begin at HOME, in our local and personal mandates. When we manifest those than we have power to manifest a mandate in our city and nation!

Every issue we face can be redeemed in the spirit through Christ. He took ALL sin and bore it on the cross, He didn’t leave ANY sin out! All sin has been paid for therefore ALL sin can be redeemed! Abortion is sin and there is sin in the church. Abortion is the murder of a child, an inheritance.

all the land which you see, to you will I give it, and to your seed for ever. (Genesis 13:15)

And I will make your seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall your seed also be numbered. (Genesis 13:16)

Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto you. (Genesis 13:17)

God told Abraham I will give you an inheritance, a lineage, a seed that will bring forth multitudes of seeds, an inheritance. This is what we have in our natural children and in our spiritual children. The church is full of children, a generation, old and young and inside each of them lies the seed of God. That seed is a spiritual inheritance that given time, love, support, equipping, preparing will bear fruit it bring forth a multitude of seeds and land.

Now to him that is of power to establish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, (Romans 16:25)

But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: (Romans 16:26)

To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen. (Romans 16:27)

He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, Which yields its fruit in its season And its leaf does not wither; And in whatever he does, he prospers. (Psalms 1:3)

I believe Jesus cursed the fig tree because it was not producing fruit and the church is that tree….not producing!

Seeing at a distance a fig tree in leaf, He went to see if perhaps He would find anything on it; and when He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. (Mark 11:13)

He said to it, “May no one ever eat fruit from you again!” And His disciples were listening. (Mark 11:14)

He then proceeded into the temple and found out why the tree wasn’t producing – they were profiting from the worshipers and keeping them from worshiping the Lord. They were trafficking the church.

Then they came to Jerusalem. And He entered the temple and began to drive out those who were buying and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves; (Mark 11:15)

and He would not permit anyone to carry merchandise through the temple. (Mark 11:16)

And He began to teach and say to them, “Is it not written, `MY HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED A HOUSE OF PRAYER FOR ALL THE NATIONS’? But you have made it a ROBBERS’ DEN.” (Mark 11:17)

There was no power to feed the city, to feed the hungry with supernatural power because they had no authority. That fig tree could have fed many mouths. Figs were a regular meal but there was no power to produce food from agriculture. Jesus gave them a mandate when he fed the 5000. No miracle is simply to spectate, we must participate by receiving that mandate.

And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up toward heaven, He blessed the food and broke the loaves and He kept giving them to the disciples to set before them; and He divided up the two fish among them all. (Mark 6:41)

They all ate and were satisfied, (Mark 6:42)

and they picked up twelve full baskets of the broken pieces, and also of the fish. (Mark 6:43)

There were five thousand men who ate the loaves. (Mark 6:44)

Jesus gave us a mandate in the church. He spoke to Peter who now filled with the spirit would receive that mandate. This is the mandate that Peter preached and thousands were saved.

He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me?” Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, “Do you love Me?” And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.” Jesus said to him, “Tend My sheep. (John 21:17)

“Truly, truly, I say to you, when you were younger, you used to gird yourself and walk wherever you wished; but when you grow old, you will stretch out your hands and someone else will gird you, and bring you where you do not wish to go.” (John 21:18)

Now this He said, signifying by what kind of death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this, He said to him, “Follow Me!” (John 21:19)

Jesus commissioned the apostles with the mandate. I believe the clothed with power from on high means manifesting that power in the city. It is more than receiving it but they were to manifest that power.

and He said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise again from the dead the third day, (Luke 24:46)

and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. (Luke 24:47)

“You are witnesses of these things. (Luke 24:48)

“And behold, I am sending forth the promise of My Father upon you; but you are to stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.” (Luke 24:49)

I believe we must manifest the power/mandate in the city first then bring it to the nations!

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. (Mark 16:15)

“He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. (Mark 16:16)

“These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; (Mark 16:17)

they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” (Mark 16:18)

This is the mandate that Peter imparted to Paul and the church multiplied and grew, transforming the nations.

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. (Matthew 28:18)

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, (Matthew 28:19)

teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:20)

And Paul manifested it first in the city than to the nations.

But Barnabas took hold of him and brought him to the apostles and described to them how he had seen the Lord on the road, and that He had talked to him, and how at Damascus he had spoken out boldly in the name of Jesus. (Acts 9:27)

And he was with them, moving about freely in Jerusalem, speaking out boldly in the name of the Lord. (Acts 9:28)

So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria enjoyed peace, being built up; and going on in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it continued to increase. (Acts 9:31)

When we fulfill the mandate in the church and the local mandate than we have power to touch the government. This works in the same way, local, state and national. God has a plan, to give us authority, to reproduce that authority in disciples and together we transform our city and nation. We must have fruit in our church this is the test and proof of our ministry, fruit!

In regards to abortion and being able to bring forth a generation, a seed, an inheritance we must first have that reproduced in the spirit and in our homes, in our church  before we condemn or judge a nation for the same sin. If you look at children’s ministry, youth ministry….they are not walking in the fullness….they are a reflection of where we are in the church!

Truly we are bringing judgment on ourselves if we try to point a finger at something we are guilty of….Lord help us! We are accountable and we need your wisdom and your grace. Have mercy because we have not truly humbled ourselves or we would see our own iniquity!

and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Praying for the Middle East

then I will remember My covenant with Jacob, and I will remember also My covenant with Isaac, and My covenant with Abraham as well, and I will remember the land (Leviticus 26:42)

Now the angel of the LORD came up from Gilgal to Bochim. And he said, “I brought you up out of Egypt and led you into the land which I have sworn to your fathers; and I said, `I will never break My covenant with you, (Judges 2:1)

Consider the covenant; For the dark places of the land are full of the habitations of violence. (Psalm 74:20)

And the LORD preserved (gave victory to) David whither soever he went. (2 Samuel 8:6)

ESTABLISHING GOD’S PEOPLE IN COVENANT LAND

In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates: (Genesis 15:18)

Covenant with God always included land. God created a dwelling place in the earth for His family and what started in the Garden of Eden is true today, He put man in a land to cultivate it and “keep” it. The covenant works two ways. God gives the land and man must “keep” it.

And he said unto him, I am the LORD that brought thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee this land to inherit it. (Genesis 15:7)

The covenant God made with Abram was sealed with an offering. This supernatural vision that Abram saw during the night of that offering is a symbol of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ who came and sealed this covenant with an everlasting offering.

And he said unto him, Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon. (Genesis 15:9)

And he took unto him all these, and divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another: but the birds divided he not. (Genesis 15:10)

And when the fowls came down upon the carcases, Abram drove them away. (Genesis 15:11)

And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him. (Genesis 15:12)

And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces. (Genesis 15:17)

Jesus is the “burning lamp” that passed through that offering. That supernatural fire that burned through that offering is the same fire that fills a covenant people to manifest that promise today.

Consider the covenant; For the dark places of the land are full of the habitations of violence. (Psalm 74:20)

David, a man after God’s heart, longed to see that covenant established in the earth with a witness of His Presence dwelling in the land as a witness. He knew the land was filled with enemies to God who had given themselves over to worshipping other Gods. The land was defiled; the covenant didn’t have a witness.

Nevertheless David took the strong hold of Zion: the same is the city of David. (2 Samuel 5:7)

And David went on, and grew great, and the LORD God of hosts was with him. (2 Samuel 5:10)

And David perceived that the LORD had established him king over Israel, and that he had exalted his kingdom for his people Israel’s sake. (2 Samuel 5:12)

David understood how the Kingdom of God operated. To establish the Father’s plan for the land, David had to take his place of authority. He had a covenant with God, this took first place in his heart.

He understood that the purpose God gave him authority as a ruler was for all of Israel. The exalting of the Kingdom of God was for God’s people to fulfill His covenant. David reflected the Father’s authority in the land.

David sought the Lord for instruction and council on behalf of the people and the land. He knew God wanted to establish His kingdom from the river of Egypt to the river Euphrates. The inhabitants needed to be driven out and David took his place to act on God’s behalf.

And David enquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD said unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into thine hand. (2 Samuel 5:19)

This pattern continued until the David’s entire kingdom was established just according to the covenant. The Lord came and made the land a dwelling place. David was committed to establish His dwelling place to witness to the land, the people, all of Israel that God came to tabernacle with men.

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. (Revelation 21:3)

And David reigned over all Israel; and David executed judgment and justice unto all his people. (2 Samuel 8:15)

…and David’s sons were chief rulers. (2 Samuel 8:18)

The battle for the land continued but no matter what enemies arose David was steadfast in his faith in God’s covenant. He knew that the Lord was truly the ruler over the land.

Be of good courage, and let us be strong for our people and for the cities of our God. And may the LORD do what is good in His sight.” (2 Samuel 10:12)

The purpose of priesthood is to keep the promises before the Lord. We restate in faith what God has promised acknowledging we are in agreement with them coming to pass in our day. This signifies from our heart the covenant is active in us.

“You alone are the LORD. You have made the heavens, The heaven of heavens with all their host, The earth and all that is on it, The seas and all that is in them. You give life to all of them And the heavenly host bows down before You. (Nehemiah 9:6)

“You are the LORD God, Who chose Abram And brought him out from Ur of the Chaldees, And gave him the name Abraham. (Nehemiah 9:7)

You found his heart faithful before You, And made a covenant with him To give him the land of the Canaanite, Of the Hittite and the Amorite, Of the Perizzite, the Jebusite and the Girgashite– To give it to his descendants. And You have fulfilled Your promise, For You are righteous. (Nehemiah 9:8)

Personal Mandate – Manifest the Father

If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.” (John 14:7)

Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is sufficient for us.” (John 14:8)

Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father; so how can you say, “Show us the Father’? (John 14:9)

Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works. (John 14:10)

Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves. (John 14:11)

JESUS MANIFESTED THE FATHER

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. (John 5:24)

Jesus told the religious who were filled with rage and violence wanting to murder Him. He faced them with truth letting them know they were not in a relationship with the Father and they were spiritually dead. This caused them to rage even more. When the power of God manifests it brings to surface what is in the soul/heart of men.

Therefore the Jews sought all the more to kill Him, because He not only broke the Sabbath, but also said that God was His Father, making Himself equal with God. (John 5:18))

Jesus had one purpose; to make known the Father, His Will and His heart. He could do this because He knew the Father, He was intimate with Him. Even at the age of twelve He was manifesting the Father’s heart to the church.

And when He was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem according to the custom of the feast. When they had finished the days, as they returned, the Boy Jesus lingered behind in Jerusalem. And Joseph and His mother did not know it; but supposing Him to have been in the company, they went a day’s journey, and sought Him among their relatives and acquaintances. So when they did not find Him, they returned to Jerusalem, seeking Him. Now so it was that after three days they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both listening to them and asking them questions. And all who heard Him were astonished at His understanding and answers. So when they saw Him, they were amazed; and His mother said to Him, “Son, why have You done this to us? Look, Your father and I have sought You anxiously.” And He said to them, “Why did you seek Me? Did you not know that I must be about My Father’s business?” (Luke 2:42-49)

For three days Jesus was teaching the rabbis. These were the leaders in Jerusalem and it was not for an hour or two but for three days and they were “astonished” at His understanding and answers. Jesus was telling them what the Father was saying to them. He spoke and was a conduit for the Father to speak to His beloved Israel. He was only 12 years old.

Did you not know that I must be about My Father’s business?” (Luke 2:49)

This is such a precision snapshot of who we are in Christ Jesus. We have access to every answer this world needs from the President of our nation to the CEO of major industries to educators, the health care industry, the judge in a courtroom, criminal investigators, to the broken families. We can come before what the world calls the “greatest” and give them what they don’t have, we can walk amongst to poorest and diseased and bring to them the one who Heals and Delivers and set every captive free. We have the power to give life just as Jesus did.

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life– (1 John 1:1)

the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us– (1 John 1:2)

that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. (1 John 1:3)

The disciples knew the Father and the Son and they knew Jesus as the Son of God. It is impossible to truly have the revelation that Jesus is the Son of God unless you have a revelation of the Father.

The life was manifested: This life that was with the Father from the beginning, the life that was in the Father and the Father was in Him, this life manifested! Which was with the Father and was manifested to us (1John1:2)

Their fellowship was with the Father and with His Son(1 John 1:3) That word fellowship was communion, union and caused them to be partakers of His Divine nature. You can’t have fellowship without understanding the heart of the one you are partnering with. They knew the Father’s heart and they knew the Son, Jesus Christ manifested His heart.

The intimacy we have with the Father is confirmed in our relationship with the Holy Spirit. If the Holy Spirit is activated and is visible in demonstration through manifesting an anointing and operation of the gifts of the Spirit then it confirms our relationship with the Father and the Son. Some Christians claim the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to confirm their “ministry” but this is error. It is a destructive error that has hindered the outpouring of grace in the body of Christ today.

The release and power of the Holy Spirit comes as a result of a communion with the Father and the Son, the Holy Spirit will reveal this relationship in the earth as a witness of a covenant we have with Father and Jesus Christ, His Son. If there is no anointing and there is no power then there is no communion.

If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. (1 John 1:6)

We will be unable to have true fellowship like the New Testament church without the operation of the Holy Spirit.

that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. (1 John 1:3)

Jesus gave the Father’s council for every crisis of the day. He addressed the leaders with answers for what was preventing them from receiving the Father’s blessing of fullness. He demonstrated the government of God.

For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)

We will be unable to operate in the government of God without communion with the Father and the Son, Jesus

Witness Manifested

WITNESS MANIFESTED

And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen, (Acts 1:24)

That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place. (Acts 1:25)

The conviction that filled the disciples in that upper room moved them to complete all that was in the Father’s heart. They knew what they had to do and they modeled what they would be doing for the rest of their days.

And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen, (Acts 1:24)

They would hear the Father’s plan and partner with Jesus and the Holy Spirit to bring it to pass.

And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. (Acts 2:1)

And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. (Acts 2:2)

And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. (Acts 2:3)

And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. (Acts 2:4)

Knowing what to say and having the power to say it makes all the difference in manifesting a witness. Many people may know the plan but they haven’t had the encounter with the Father in the place of communion that endues them with power and authority.

Theses one hundred and twenty were not pressured into action; they were moved by the devastating condition of the Bride of Christ who just witnessed His death and burial. They waited to be sent, they waited on the timing of the Father, and they waited until it was no longer just them.

They stayed in the place of prayer, the place of communion and in a position to receive entirely all the Father wanted them to have to equip them for His plan.

For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: (Acts 2:25)(Psalms 16:8)

Therefore my heart is glad and my glory rejoices; My flesh also will dwell securely. (Acts 2:26)(Psalm 16:9)

For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol; Nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay. (Acts 2:27)(Psalm 16:10)

You will make known to me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever. (Acts 2:28)(Psalm 16:11)

Peter had more than a revelation; he was able to manifest this continual communion with power. His witness became his first sermon, it was more than a message it was a witness, he manifested that resurrection power and 3000 were saved, conviction pricked their hearts and they experienced that same life (Zoe).

Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? (Acts 2:37)

Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. (Acts 2:41)

Peter preached about the resurrection that the Father always planned for His people.

He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption. (Acts 2:31)

This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. (Acts 2:32)

Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. (Acts 2:33)

The Father was speaking through Peter; He was telling Israel that this promise was for them. He was explaining that the same authority Jesus Christ ruled in would be theirs.

For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, (Acts 2:34)

Until I make thy foes thy footstool. (Acts 2:35)

Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. (Acts 2:36)

The manifested power and presence on Peter as he preached took the words of David and made them real through Christ. The witness Peter and the 120 gave was fully manifested in that day and continues even today. This is the power of a true witness of Christ. It is power to rule and power to pierce even the hardest of hearts to bring forth transformation.

This encounter was more than the Holy Spirit that comes with the new birth, this encounter was from the Father, this union was with the Father not just the Son. There is a difference.

And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. (Acts 1:4)

  1. The word promise is the Greek word epaggelia (1860Grk) which means message.

Personal Mandate – Be A Witness

But get up and stand on your feet; for this purpose I have appeared to you, to appoint you a minister and a witness not only to the things which you have seen, but also to the things in which I will appear to you; (Acts 26:16)

So now come, let us make a covenant, you and I, and let it be a witness between you and me.” (Genesis 31:44)

A truthful witness saves lives, But he who utters lies is treacherous. (Proverbs 14:25)

PERSONAL MANDATE – BE A WITNESS

For you will be a witness for Him to all men of what you have seen and heard. (Acts 22:5)

But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. (Matthew 18:16)

This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established. (2 Corinthians 13:1)

Jesus spent three and a half years with His disciples witnessing who His Father was, what was in His heart, the Kingdom of God and who the disciples were. His witness left no questions, no doubts, no inconsistencies, it was pure undefiled and holy. There is no greater witness God could swear by, Himself.

For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, (Hebrews 6:13)

When making an oath or promise there were witnesses who they would swear by and this witness had to be greater than the one making the promise in order to secure it. God made a promise to Abraham and He could find no one greater to witness so He swore by Himself. That fulfillment was met in Christ Jesus, who brings the promise to fullness. His Son who was the propitiation for all mankind, bringing us into that covenant promise and the fulfillment of it, there is NO greater witness in the earth.

For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. (Hebrews 6:16)

Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: (Hebrews 6:17)

We become that witness when we walk in the fulfillment of that promise. When all that God made available is activated and we are walking in it then there is no denying that all God spoken will come to pass.

Now He said to them, “These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things which are written about Me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.” (Luke 24:44)

Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, (Luke 24:45)

and He said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise again from the dead the third day, (Luke 24:46)

and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. (Luke 24:47)

“You are witnesses of these things. (Luke 24:48)

All the things which are written…must be fulfilled Jesus told the disciples and then He said and You are witnesses of these things. There is no clearer job description for every disciple of Christ – we are to be His witness and our lives are to testify that everything God promised in Christ has come to pass.

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. (Acts 1:8)

Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection. (Acts 1:22)

Jesus and the Father have equipped us to be this witness. The same power that raised Christ from the grave lives and fill us to be this witness and our lives will testify to all the world that Christ has conquered death, hell and the grave and we have to power to release this life to world that doesn’t believe or can’t see. The blind will see and the deaf will hear that Jesus is able to save, deliver and heal all who call on His Name.

but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you (Acts 1:8)

The Greek translation for the power is dunamis (1440grk) which means strength power, ability

inherent power, power residing in a thing by virtue of its nature, or which a person or thing exerts and puts forth

power for performing miracles

moral power and excellence of soul

the power and influence which belong to riches and wealth

power and resources arising from numbers

power consisting in or resting upon armies, forces, hosts

to be a witness with us of his resurrection. (Acts 1:22)

The power (dunamis) is to become a witness. If you are not willing to be a witness you won’t have any power or if you are witnessing your own strength and ability you won’t receive power but you will just lots of soul energy”. (also known as hype, charisma, personality, skill, talent and drama etc.)

and the life was manifested, and we have seen and testify and proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and was manifested to us– (1 John 1:2)

The word manifested is the Greek word phaneroo (5319Grk) which means to make manifest or visible or known what has been hidden or unknown, to manifest, whether by words, or deeds, or in any other way

make actual and visible, realized

to make known by teaching

to become manifest, be made known of a person

expose to view, make manifest, to show one’s self, appear

to become known, to be plainly recognized, thoroughly understood

who and what one is

We are to manifest this life which is Zoe (2222Grk) which means of the absolute fullness of the logos and of Christ put on human nature, a life that is real and genuine, active and vigorous, devoted to God, blessed because we put our trust in Christ, the more perfect, that which lasts forever.

I question whether we truly are manifesting this life as a whole, Jesus never sinned, never got ill and never needed prayer, He had perfect communion with the Father, no one had to prophesy to Him what was coming or give Him a “word” He walked in humility, meekness, bore reproach, was hated bruised and beaten but still loved unconditionally.

What could be keeping us from a Full Witness of this life?(Zoe)

One thing is certain we must have communion with the Father. There is a difference between our communion with the Son and with the Father and there is a difference between the Holy Spirit communion and communion with the Father. We must have an ongoing relationship with the Son that is alive and active and with the Holy Spirit all day long but if we never reach for the Father we cannot manifest this Zoe life that carries resurrection power.

It is possible to know this and still not walk it out. All the knowledge in the world will not manifest if there is not a relationship that is a divine exchange of life. The disciples were able to manifest the “name” and authority of Jesus but they did not have their own authority until they met the Father in the upper room.

These all with one mind were continually devoting themselves to prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers. (Acts 1:14)

This unity “one mind” was a supernatural sign of what had taken place as they were giving themselves to prayer. Only the Holy Spirit can unite a people in one mind. The Strong’s Concordance describes it like instruments in a symphony producing an entire musical piece in harmony and directed by the Holy Spirit. All different instruments, one hundred and twenty disciples all coming into unity with passion. The passion makes all the difference, it stirs them to action that is unstoppable and unshakable as we witness throughout the New Testament.

The power of this passion took twelve men through the most horrifying experiences, what we call persecution today isn’t measured the same as what they experienced.

Peter was crucified upside-down

James was beheaded

Andrew was crucified on a diagonal cross

Phillip was crucified

Bartholomew was skinned alive and beheaded

Matthew was killed by an axe

Thomas was killed by a spear

James was stoned, brains beat out of his skull with a club

Jude was crucified

Simon was crucified

Matthias was stoned and beheaded

The disciples knew the Father through Jesus but in that upper room they were encountering Him directly. They had watched Jesus pray and heard from Him what the Father wanted now they were praying and they were hearing directly. There communion changed, their relationship changed, their authority changed.

Their entire direction changed from observing to participating, from watching to leading. The first words Peter utters gives us insight into the fullness of this encounter

Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus. (Acts 1:16)

Coming to grips with the reality that God knew that Judas would betray Jesus and that all was according to His plan. The encounter resulted in such conviction and power that Peter took His place to become the solution, to be the witness, to see to it that the rest of the Fathers plan would come to pass. His understanding produced something in His heart that moved the rest of those gathered to agreement and action. This witness manifested life. This covenant was going to have fulfillment.

It is not so much what they did but what it produced. It is not so much the way they went about it but why they did it.

“We must fulfill the scripture”

Judas was given an important assignment, that assignment needed to be completed. The plan of the Father needed the twelve witnesses and God would provide someone who could produce a pure witness, a pure manifestation of the plan in action, someone who could manifest that resurrection power that transforms a life.

The words must needs be fulfilled is the Greek word pleroo (4137Grk) which means to verify, fully preach, perfect, supply, to fill a vessel/hollow place, to bring to a full end, accomplish, make complete, perform fully. (Syn) to make authoritative

The revelation those one hundred and twenty had was their mandate for the rest of their days and they said Yes, a resounding to the end Yes. We can see their commitment was unto death and they faced it in that upper room because the Father showed them, He communed with them like He did with Jesus and they were never the same, they were transformed. It was a work of the Holy Spirit but it was more than just a baptism, it was communion with the Father.

Witnessing to Neighbors and the City

Love does no harm to a neighbor (Romans 13:10)

Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification. (Romans 15:2)

”You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” (Galatians 5:14)

Therefore, putting away lying, “Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,”.. (Ephesians 4:25)

MANIFESTING THE HIS PRESENCE

“You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ (Mark 12:31)

to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.(Mark 12:33)

Our personal mandate is to love God with all our heart, mind and strength. This includes our family and our neighbor.

“You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”‘ (Matthew 19:19; 22:39)

As a born again believer we have this divine opportunity to manifest a witness in the earth (to our neighbor). A witness of who God is and His Kingdom. We bring into the physical a witness that clarifies and interprets what we experience in our spirit.

“Blessed are the eyes which see the things you see, (Luke 10:23)

many prophets and kings wished to see the things which you see…and to hear the things which you hear… (Luke 10:24)

Jesus manifested in the flesh what was in heaven. It left no more excuse, it’s impossible to deny God.  He is irrefutable He is unmistakable, no one can say God does not exist.

The MANIFEST Presence of God is different from the presence of God. What we experience in our inner man is presence of God.  This is for us but the outer witness or the MANIFEST Presence is for the unbeliever.

Somehow we got stuck….thinking these manifestations are all to bless US but the Lord wants to touch the world. It is possible that He will remove His Presence us if we are not willing to pour  it out on the city and the nation.

We can only manifest what we are walking in. Our time with the Lord is for more than ministry or to study for a message?  Its than just getting our needs met.

If we seek Him  to know Him and to know His heart we will find answersIn all my time spent  seeking the Lord I never really ask for my own needs, I have discovered if I am busy about His business He takes care of mine!

The power and Presence of God will manifest a Harvest.

But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. (Matthew 6:33)

Communion unites our heart to His and we become one with all His plans and purposes in the earth.

“Because you did not carry it at the first, the LORD our God made an outburst on us, for we did not seek Him according to the ordinance.” (1 Chronicles 15:13)

David was longing to carry the Presence of the Lord into the tabernacle. He explained to the priesthood they couldn’t carry it because they weren’t sanctified. It is the same today. First we must sanctify or set ourselves apart by surrendering and being willing to put away/aside anything that hinders Him.

Our seeking includes our response. When the  Lord show us what hinders or restricts Him, we will want to respond!

The Manifest Presence is not to prove that our ministry is something big and WOW. This is a wrong motive. Pure surrender means we must check our motives. Why are we seeking His Presence? What do we want His Presence for?

For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12)

The Presence is to minister to others. The Father’s Heart is always for family, working with each other as one. He wants no one to miss out.  He always reveals His heart for those around us and inspiring us to release His heart to them through ministry or blessing. This can be expressed directly, in a word of prophecy,  meeting someone’s needs, serving them or partnering with them for their harvest.

The Holy Spirit knows what our neighbors need and if we will make ourselves available to manifest that Presence, surrender ourselves, He will orchestrate it. He will move through us to touch others.

PRACTICAL MINISTRY OF THE HOME

Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yes, I have made him. (Isaiah 43:7)

Housework can bring God glory; yard work can bring God glory, raising a family can bring God glory.  All that we do can be an instrument to access God’s power and Presence and administer His plan in the earth.

So we are Christ’s ambassadors, God making His appeal as it were through us. We [as Christ's personal representatives] (2Corinthians 5:20)

The way we treat our home is an outward reflection of how we care for God. He gives us stewardship of many possessions and our care for them can express to others that we are a good steward, that we have been taught by our Heavenly Father. The wisdom of God can be expressed in our ministry to our home. Whether we understand from the Lord how to grow the greenest, healthiest lawn, we have gardens with the most luscious vegetables, our flowers bloom longer and look prettier, our house is in excellent repair. These give a witness in our neighborhood that we have wisdom, understanding and that Jesus is the head of our home.

And she must have a reputation for good deeds, as one who has brought up children, who has practiced hospitality to strangers [of the brotherhood], washed the feet of the saints, helped to relieve the distressed, [and] devoted herself diligently to doing good in every way. (1Timothy 5:10)

Our ministry to our family is a reflection of our love of God. When Jesus is leading us He will put His desire that family comes before anything else. We can be found around our home ministering to our family instead of staying late at the office or church, instead of out spending time with friends we are wanting to build up and nurture our family. It doesn’t mean these other choices are wrong it is just that in all cases we choose family first.

Having an interest in our children’s lives can be seen and witnessed if we are spending time with them. Not time for them to help us do our chores or work but time spent doing what they enjoy, helping them discover their hidden talents and gifts. Helping our children and spouse find God’s dream for them is our number one mission.

Our communion with the Lord doesn’t end when we minister to our family. We continue to commune with the Lord and model to the family how this can be done. We are in constant dialogue discovering what the Lord thinks about our family and what He shows us about their future. We want to be reflecting the Father’s heart to them so we must keep in communion with the Father all day.

The time we spend in the word, in worship and in prayer with our family sets the foundation of where we will go for answers. If we instruct about God and never actually model a life in God we are making our words of no effect. Starting the day in prayer and worship is a great way to show our family communion with God.

If things get difficult throughout the day we can shut things down and gather together and enter into worship and prayer. By doing this we are witnessing the importance of maintaining the Presence of the Lord in our daily walk. We can model for our family how to tell we are not in communion and how to discern when trouble is at our door. We can train them how to hear from the Lord and receive instructions.

The most helpful witness we could ever give is to open our lives up before our family and share everything. We make ourselves vulnerable, share our weaknesses, share what the Lord is speaking and revealing, share how we discern and receive instructions all of this will model to our family how to live in continual communion.

What we do on the inside of our home can then be modeled outside the home. We can support our children and spouse in ministry, we can be their intercessors, we can demonstrate support in encouragement and giving of our resources. We can join together as a family in ministry opportunities.

Charge [the people] thus, so that they may be without reproach and blameless. (1Timothy 5:7)

The family witness is the most powerful witness in the earth! Having a family in unity reflects such glory and power to the church and to the nation. The altar in our home will be reflected in every stratus of society. We are desperately in need of God’s family witnessing His fullness in our nation.

If anyone fails to provide for his relatives, and especially for those of his own family, he has disowned the faith [by failing to accompany it with fruits] and is worse than an unbeliever [who performs his obligation in these matters]. (1Timothy 5:8)

MESSENGERS TO OUR CITY

but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

If we will be a blessing now to our city than in the day of calamity and tribulation they will listen to us as we speak for the Lord. If we never take the time to build a relationship in the spirit by prayer and supplication and by blessing then we cannot expect them to listen to us when the Lord is speaking.

If we don’t submit to the laws of the land, support our government and local businesses how can we stand before them and tell them we are wanting to help them when we have never witnessed this to them. We can come under their authority and find a place to serve while the Lord speaks to us how to be a blessing. Complaining and pointing out all that is wrong is not the way to win a city for Jesus.

If we become the solution to the problem we will find many will listen but if all we do is point out the negative and murmur and complain we will not find God wanting us to represent Him.

The Father has a plan for our city but He won’t reveal it to those who have other motives. The plan Jesus wants to execute will be given to those who have surrendered all their plans and aspirations, all their energy and resources to His plan and His way. We don’t want to march around the city telling them they are not following God or His ways, we want to win the city with Love and serve the city with Love and reflect the Love of the Father. This will open hearts to Him and we want them to love God not us.

We don’t want position or title we want God to have influence. He is unseen and yet seen, He is behind the scenes in support leadership and undergirding what is right. He moves our heart with compassion not greed, with humility not pride and arrogance. We need to find those who have a heart for the city and support them.

The Holy Spirit will show us what is to come. The Spirit of Truth can help us understand God’s plan five and ten years down the road so that we can be a part of His preparation and vision. There is no limit to God and His resources.

The city may be in need of finances and if we seek the Lord He knows where the financial waste is and where the misappropriated funds are, He can lead us to be a blessing to the city instead of telling them what they aren’t supporting. It’s easy to say we need more money in education but finding where that money is not effective by a supernatural visitation from the Lord would be much more effective to a mayor or governor.

God has given us a unique strategy to effect our cities marketplace. Our buying power as believers can be a blessing to the businesses God wants to touch. We go by His leadership, we buy where He leads, we purchase under His leadership and businesses will be looking to God for His blessing. This creates a canopy of blessing over the city. Just by choosing to give God the leadership of where to shop can alter an entire city marketplace. It can also bless industries who produce the products we are buying.

In other words if there is a brand name that was created by an industry who dedicated their profits to feed the hungry in the nations, than God would certainly lead His body to purchase that product. There would be no need to spend money on advertising but rather spend money on intercessors who would release the anointing and Presence of God on the business and a call in the spirit for believers to purchase the product which would in turn feed the hungry.

It is possible to transform the expression of marketplace ministry without using spirits of seduction and immorality to advertise. It is possible to have an anointing on your products that draw believers and unbelievers to purchase nationwide.

The way we minister to marketplace businesses, blessing them, blessing the workers asking God to bless the business is a reflection to the city. We desire to be a blessing everywhere we go.

During our drive around the city we may witness crime and we may be used of the Lord to solve citywide problems with transportation, waste, utilities, crime, etc. If we make ourselves available we can be God’s conduit for prospering our city and nation.

Administrating Our Personal Mandate

What shall I do to inherit eternal life?” He answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.” (Luke 10:26-27)

ADMINISTRATING OUR PERSONAL MANDATE

so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; (Colossians 1:10)

Our personal mandate includes our home and our family. This also extends to our personal life lived out on a daily basis. It extends to our job, ministry, friends and co-workers. It includes our ministry to our neighbors, city, state and nation.

Right in our own backyard and across the street is probably one of the most influential ministries we could ever have. All around our homes are people who touch countless others and we have the most profound open door to a harvest few realize or enter into.

When we give our live to a 24 hour context of worship and prayer we will find that every hour of every day could host the Presence of the Lord in revival and outpouring or however He wants to manifest.

Our life is an expression of the communion we have with God. This communion includes a measure of authority. We have authority and we are submitted to authority. As we pour out our lives to the Lord in ministry to Him and He shares His plan for our life it will include these expressions.

The Lord desires to establish His Kingdom in us so that we can in turn establish His Kingdom in the earth. Throughout our day we are coming into contact with the world around us that the Father has plans for, He has given His Son that plan and as we spend time in communion with Him we will find Him talking to us about this plan.

Jesus will have the leadership to implement the plan but if we jump the step of finding the Father’s heart we will miss being able to walk it out with the Father’s love. We must find His heart for all that we have in this life. We must find out why He created all things for our pleasure.

So Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you; as the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” (John 20:21)

It is the Father’s love that will make all the difference in what we express and what we do. It took the Father’s love to bring Jesus to us as a witness. He could not come on His own, He was sent by the Father and so He will send us. We are sent when we can express His love. We have to know that love to express it and give a witness.

”Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was. (John 17:5)

“I have manifested Your name to the men whom You gave Me out of the world; they were Yours and You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word. (John 17:6)

“Now they have come to know that everything You have given Me is from You; (John 17:7)

Once we have heard the Father’s heart we will want to administrate His heart. This means we want the expression of His heart through our gifts, talents and individual lives.

The Father wants a witness of our communion in every stratus of our personal lives. This will in turn validate our ministry. We can only express on the outside what is true on the inside. If we do not have a personal communion with the Lord expressing in our personal lives His heart than all we do in ministry is religion, dead cold religion that effects and changes no one.

We have to be a willing vessel to express His heart and not ours in our world. This will touch our family, our neighborhood, our city, state and our nation. Through our home we can touch the nation. It is truly all connected and it starts at home.

ADMINISTRATING OUR RESOURCES (Time, Money and Relationships)

Peter began to say to Him, “Behold, we have left everything and followed You.” (Mark 10:28)

Jesus said, “Truly I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or farms, for My sake and for the gospel’s sake, (Mark 10:29)

Time, Money and Relationships are a precious commodity. Every person is given so many years to live. Within each life we are given opportunities to receive and release these resources. We have a divine opportunity to dedicate those resources to God and allow them to be used to fulfill the mandate God has given to us.

Time is something you can’t get back, once you give it is gone forever. We can effect time and time can be effective. Our focus of time should always be what is on the center of the Father’s heart. All throughout the day we can continue our communion with the Lord inquiring His heart on all that we face throughout the day.

We can find our time will have much more effectiveness if it is directed by the Lordship of Jesus Christ. The Father has a desire for our time to be put forth wisely and He can help schedule our priorities so that our time is accomplishing what He sets as most important. This takes continual communion to walk out.

If we put the time in His hands He can direct it but if we only inquire than we will not have a manifested witness.

To walk this out we must truly be willing to give Him all our time. If He wants it from sun up to sun down than this is what we must be willing to offer Him. In a practical way we may be under obligation or commitment to minister a 9 to 5 job but if we have a day that we do not go to that job than we must be willing to offer that day to Him. All day He can choose what He wants us to do.

This also means that the free time we have we must be willing to surrender that to Him. If the Father wants us from the time we leave the office until we return the next day than we give that to Him. If He wants communion morning, lunch time and after dinner than we give that to Him.

We must dedicate the hours of our day to Him. Even if we are in ministry or on the job we can yield and make Him the priority. If we make our job our ministry and see that He is our boss over us with His leadership activated we will find His heart is to make us a blessing on our job so He will always leads us righteously.

If we give Him all our time and keep our focus on Him we will find He brings us answers we didn’t know we needed and insight that no person could have found out but because we are in communion with Him this fellowship releases wisdom, word of knowledge, healing, prophecy, strategies, etc.

Beginning at home we can ask the Father if He is pleased with our time and how we spend it and ask Him to show us what is most pleasing and what He is not willing to give His leadership to.

We set ourselves apart and consider His desires before we consider ours. This will allow His blessing on what we put our hand to even our fun times can be covered and protected because we invited His leadership.

Our money and tangible resources like our car, home, recreational vehicles, vacations, salaries, bonuses, offerings, etc. We can offer them all to the Lord, willing to give them all away if the Lord so desires. The willingness of our hearts determines how we walk that out. Living in this state of surrender will remove the power of these things in our lives.

If we live in a perpetual state of offering all that we have, own or will ever have to the Lord we will find freedom in having them. This results in living from ownership to stewardship. Now we don’t own them we are just stewards of God’s resources. They belong to Him so we care for them just as if we are caring for His things.

We are willing to spend them, give them away, demonstrate His love with them or whatever the Holy Spirit leads us to do. The place of perpetual offering is a place of perpetual receiving. If the Lord wants to make us a conduit we will find He will send much our way because He can trust us to do with it as He pleases.

He searches for faithful men and women who can be entrusted with the riches of the world much like Joseph in Pharaoh’s house. When famine comes the righteous will have the supply and be able to feed the hungry of the world. Not because we have it all but because we can be trusted with His leadership in the moment of crisis.

Joseph didn’t have the supply Pharaoh had it but Joseph had favor and had a relationship with his king. We can be forming those relationships now. Blessing our city, our government, our nation, our neighbors so that in the time of crisis we will have favor to lead them to the Lord, lead them to food and water, lead them to shelter.

We don’t need to stockpile food and join Ponzi schemes, we need to get into a 24/7 worship and prayer communion with the Father and with the Lordship of Jesus Christ, we need to be filled with the Holy Spirit in fullness so that He can help us administrate our personal mandate.

PARTNERING OUR MANDATE WITH OTHERS  (Luke 19:11-27)

Jesus went on to tell a parable, because He was near Jerusalem, and they supposed that the kingdom of God was going to appear immediately. (Luke 19:11)

So He said, “A nobleman went to a distant country to receive a kingdom for himself, and then return. (Luke 19:12)

“And he called ten of his slaves, and gave them ten minas and said to them, `Do business with this until I come back.’ (Luke 19:13)

“The first appeared, saying, `Master, your mina has made ten minas more.’ (Luke 19:16)

“And he said to him, `Well done, good slave, because you have been faithful in a very little thing, you are to be in authority over ten cities.’ (Luke 19:17)

This parable is a perfect description of how the Kingdom operates. We are given opportunities to serve the Lord every day and as we are faithful to wash the feet of our neighbors, our city and our nation God will give us authority to do more than just wash their feet.

The transaction or “do business” is in a sense help them to prosper and come out from debt by serving them. Each city has a mandate, they are commissioned to accomplish and serve the city, to bring protection and prosperity to all those that live in the city.

More importantly God has a plan for every family and every city and when we partner with His plan we will find it will awaken in us a desire to serve our city. This includes every stratus of the city. For example there are city officials who serve and they are appointed by God. These are our city government and we can pray for them.

We don’t want to tell anyone how to run their job we want to support them and pray that God will have the open door to lead them because the Leadership of Jesus Christ in any city means that righteousness and justice will establish His throne and we will truly have protection and provision.

Often we grumble and complain but never pick up the burden and help carry it. Jesus didn’t show up from heaven on earth and tell everyone they were doing it wrong, He lived as a witness, He gathered and shared His heart, He fed them and healed them and then they listened. We would be following His leadership to do the same. If we come to bless and serve we will find Jesus will come and He will lead.

In the example of government we must honor and respect this office of authority. We honor them no matter what they do, no matter how right or wrong we honor the office and we can support the authority that God has invested in that office. We never want to tear down, we aren’t afraid to stand against iniquity and that which is an abomination but we can do this with the Father’s love and be much more effective.

Our neighbors have lives that matter to God; our cities are full of people that matter to God. He wants to touch them; He wants to minister to them He wants them to know how much He loves them. If we give our lives to a 24/7 communion with the Lord we will find He has much to say about the world all around us and that He can administrate us and activate us all day with gifts of the Holy Spirit and ministry to the people.

We can go a step further and begin to access divine information to unlock difficult needs in the city. There are marketplace opportunities where God wants to prosper particular industries and others are corrupt and He wants to expose them because they are bringing harm to His creation.

At that very time He rejoiced greatly in the Holy Spirit, and said, “I praise You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, for this way was well-pleasing in Your sight. (Luke 10:21)

These mandates can begin to be discovered in the place of prayer. We can seek the Lord and inquire of Him how to be a blessing in to our family, our neighbors, our city. He will manifest to us the plan that Jesus has to rule and reign in the city and nation. It is an intricate plan that will manifest direction and strategies that can unlock the very riches of heaven.

Turning to the disciples, He said privately, “Blessed are the eyes which see the things you see, (Luke 10:23)

for I say to you, that many prophets and kings wished to see the things which you see, and did not see them, and to hear the things which you hear, and did not hear them.” (Luke 10:24)

Our city can host the Presence of the Lord 24 hours a day; we can have a city where hospitals and doctors go out of business because healing is manifesting in homes and neighborhoods, stores and commerce.

The power of God could manifest and reveal the answers to save billions of dollars and free up finances to house every orphan and feed every hungry. So much money is wasted on finding solution that God has the answer to and if we partner with those in need of answers we can be the conduit of God’s wisdom.

All across our nation are companies, education, science, and technology in need of the wisdom that God has but will not give because they will not give Him glory and they are bringing destruction to His children. He has a plan and we can be the answer if we will partner with Him and allow Him to have access to us 24 hours a day and allow our mandates to connect with others.

The plan of God is bigger than we can imagine, it is more than we can dream of but from the beginning of time God created a world for us to inhabit and to build for His glory.
